Residence addresses for the past two years
Landlord information to support a 12 month rental history (name, address, phone numbers)
Employment history for two years (name, address, dates, rate of pay)
Current paystub(s) for all applicants
W-2 forms for the past two years
Checking/savings information (name, address, account numbers)
Most recent three months bank statements, if available
401K, IRA and investment account statements
Installment loan information (mortgages, student loans, car loans, etc - name, account numbers, payment and balance)
Revolving credit information (credit cards, department stores, gas, etc - name, account numbers, payment and balance)
Automobiles owned (year, model, value)
Real estate owned (address, value, lease/rental agreement)
HUD-1 Settlement Statement if source of funds for closing are coming or have come from sale of residence
Real estate contract on proposed purchase signed by both buyer and seller
Plans and specs if new construction
Copy of cancelled earnest money check
Gift letter if applicable
Fees required (make check payable to Broyles Mortgage Brokers, LLC)

Credit report
